Refund and Returns Policy

Glide Force strive to provide you with high-quality mouse pads that enhance your gaming and work experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.  
  • Custom-made or personalized mouse pads are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@xxxxlmousepad.com.pk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.  
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.  
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@xxxxlmousepad.com.pk

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@xxxxlmousepad.com.pk
  • If you wish to exchange a mousepad for a different size or design, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the new item. Exchanges are based on current inventory.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your mouse pad arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund,
  • including any applicable shipping costs.
